We would like to introduce ourselves as M/S Dream Metal Shaping (an ISO
9001-2015 certified company) is a leading Metal fabrication and Installation Company located in Mussafah Shop # 4,B61, M37.Abu Dhabi– UAE. And we are the dreams Family.

Dream Metal Shaping, which was established in 2008, By. Engineer Reda Youssef Chairman of the group, Dream Metal Shaping and Dream Power Aluminium Works.

With pride, we can introduce our professional achievements for Metal field. We are always looking for customer satisfaction in terms of Quality of workmanship, time period of completion, cost and services. Effective planning, motivated management, professional supervision and skilled operators – these are the basic elements for us to achieve the target within the stipulated time with good quality and services.

Our firm is mainly divided as two namely Aluminium and Metal Sections. And each section is again divided as sub sections based on operations / activities. In the Aluminium Section we have the sub-sections of Cutting, Drilling, Polishing, Tempering, Lamination, Back painting, Sand blasting and insulation. Each of these sub-sections has enough operators to perform the task and allocated a professionally skilled and experienced in-charge to guide and lead the operators in their mission. There is a shop floor In-charge under Operations Manager to supervise and advise the section in-charges and he is the one handling the activities in the shop floor based on the job priority list which is getting from Planning Department.

In the Metal Section, we segregated the area as Machine Shop, Fabrication & Welding shop, Polishing shop and Painting shop. We are a new face in metal fabrication field in terms of Company name, but well experienced and professionally qualified Staffs and operators are the strength of our metal section.

Quality Control team will always run with the operations in both divisions to assure the quality of product in each stage of operation as per technical specifications and customer’s requirement.

The details of our scope of work, man power strength and machineries availability, the list of our completed projects etc are incorporated with this document and proudly we are inviting your kind attention to review our Pre-Qualification.
